Movement, peeking, and aim

The official movement lesson is about winning the duel before the spray starts. It covers basic movement, counter-strafing, bunny hopping, silent movement, and peeking. A separate official video is specifically about peeking.

Counter-strafe before you shoot

Rifle shots are most reliable when you are stopped. Tap the opposite strafe key to kill your sideways speed, then shoot. Holding W into a duel and spraying is the habit the movement guide is trying to replace. Full spray is a close-range choice. At longer range, tap or burst and reset.

Crosshair placement

Put the crosshair where a head will appear, close to the corner, before you swing. On Dust II-style lanes that means long angles and site entrances. On any map it means the next piece of cover, not the floor.

A shoulder peek shows only enough of your model to bait a shot or confirm someone is holding. Wide swinging into an AWP angle gives the holder the fight for free. The official peeking video is the one to watch for the timing; this page is the checklist.

Silent movement

Walk when you need the enemy to miss your footsteps. Crouch-walk is slower again. The official guide treats silent movement as a tool, not the default way to cross the map. Running is for a timed hit once the utility is out.

Bunny hop

The same official video demonstrates bunny hopping as a movement technique. It is optional. Missing a hop chain in spawn does not matter. Missing a counter-strafe in a rifle duel does. A December 2025 developer Q&A said surf and dedicated bhop maps were not the priority; aim-training maps were only a possible later idea. Practice movement inside real rounds.

What the framework demo established

The 2 May 2025 framework demo showed spray patterns, weapon sway that responds to movement, and penetration that depends on surface material and thickness. That proves those systems existed in development. It does not publish the current pattern coordinates or a list of wallbang spots. Compare guns by standing still, at the same distance, before you judge a spray.

Change sensitivity in small steps. A copied eDPI from another game is a starting guess only if your mouse DPI matches.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is [NEW MAP] BloxStrike?

BloxStrike is a Roblox 5v5 shooter. Teams play round-based matches, eliminate opponents, and plant or defuse an objective. Round performance pays cash for weapons, utility, and gear. A separate cosmetic system uses Credits, skins, patterns, and wear.

Are Credits and round cash the same currency?

No. Round cash is spent in the buy menu during a match. Credits from codes and the cosmetic shop are for cases and skins. Buying a skin does not put that gun in your hands for the round.

Why can a BloxStrike code fail even when it looks current?

Published guides agree that redemption starts at level 5. Some also say you must join the BloxStrike Roblox community and press Verify. Enter the string exactly, then read the in-game message if it fails.

Do weapon skins change combat stats?

The official description treats skins, patterns, and wear as cosmetics. No checked source shows that a rarer finish changes damage, magazine size, or price in the buy menu.

Where are the weapon prices?

Cash prices, damage, and armor rules were not published on the official experience page or in the checked developer inventory footage. Read the number on your current buy menu instead of copying another game's price list.
