How the ranks were chosen
S and A are the guns you build a full buy around when the team can afford a primary. B covers rifles and SMGs that still have a job when money is tight or the range is short. C is the shotgun, which only fits close space. Anything without a confirmed name is left off the board.
S tier
Player decision Buy it on rounds where the team is committing to rifle fights at medium range. Do not force it on a save.
Player decision One player, one long angle, with the team able to play without a second sniper. Skip it on a save.
Player decision Use it when you want the unsuppressed rifle in the CT rifle slot and the team is on a full buy.
A tier
Player decision Keep it when you want the suppressor on holds. Switch to M4A4 in Loadout if you want that slot instead.
Player decision Consider it on a full buy when you are holding a lane and prefer a scope. It does not replace learning the AK-47 or M4A4.
Player decision Buy it when the team is saving rifles but you still need a threat at close and medium range.
B tier
Player decision Use it when a rifle buy would break the next round and the plan is a close hit.
Player decision Run it on force or anti-eco style rounds in tight space. Put it away when the map is all long angles.
Player decision Treat them as rifle alternatives you confirm in the buy menu, not as secret best-in-slot guns.
C tier
Player decision Only when you are holding a tight corner. Do not make it the team default.
